Teaching Opportunity
MarShere Dance Studios is constantly looking for Teachers to take on this caring responsibility. Our Teaching is based on looking after the client and always giving value for money. This is an opportunity to make a difference to peoples lives, but requires dedication and determination!
Requirements
To have knowledge of dance is certainly as asset
and some learning experience is required.
What is needed?
It requires a genuine willingness to want to communicate with people
of all ages, and to provide a dedicated and caring role to them.
To attend a few MarShere Dance Studios - Social Classes and see if our system and methods are
what interest you.
Our qualifications are on 3 Levels:
- Level 1 Teacher: To instruct Pupils at a Social Level: Bronze and Bronze Bar.
- Level 2 Teacher: To instruct Pupils on the above plus: Silver and Above.
- Level 3 Teacher: To instruct
Pupils on the above plus: Gold
How to attain these Levels, is to attend a Teacher Training course for a
20 week duration covering 4 styles:
- Latin American
- Street Latin
- Modern
- and New Vogue
with instruction on the appropriate Routines and how they will be taught.
- Training in Lesson Bookings
- Diary / Reception Management
- Intranet Application System
- Studio Policy
- Ethics is also included in all Levels of Training.
